Clockwise from top left: President Obama speaking on the financial crisis on Sept. 14; on ABC’s “This Week” program with George Stephanopoulos; addressing the United Nations General Assembly on Sept. 23; with David Letterman on Sept. 21.

President Obama has been everywhere, talking and expounding on everything — from health care to climate change to global cooperation to the Middle East peace process — appearing on five Sunday talk shows, the David Letterman show, and of course, at the United Nations this week.
He is recognized for his oratorical gifts, but is there a danger of a president being overexposed? Is talking the same as “doing” in the governing sphere?
